THE COMPANY:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an exceptional organisation who are looking for a bright, motivated Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently in a sales position who wants to embark on a new career in Estate Agency, or somebody in a Sales Negotiator role who fancies a change.
You will be joining a lively office environment with colleagues who work hard and have a good sense of humour!
SALES NEGOTIATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* New business generation
* Arranging and carrying out viewings
* Negotiating and agreeing sales and lets
* Sales progression management
* Outbound calls and routine Prospecting
* Finding and booking Market Appraisals
* Dealing with inbound calls
* Valuations
* Marketing
SALES NEGOTIATOR PERSON SPECIFICATION:
My client Is looking for a highly motivated, career driven candidate with the following experience;
* At least 1 year of experience working in sales negotiation
* Driving License Required
* Bright, enthusiastic, hard-working and meticulous.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated with high levels of personal initiative and enthusiasm.
* Business analytical skills and ability to prioritise.
* Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel.
