We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join our Real Lettings team in Bristol as a Senior Housing Management & Lettings Officer, on a 9 month fixed-term contract. 

Real Lettings is a social lettings agency that works with local authorities to provide tenancies for vulnerably housed people. Our aim is to ensure that our tenants don’t fall back into a cycle of homelessness - we have helped hundreds of tenants to access quality, affordable, privately rented accommodation. Role Overview

In this role you will provide effective tenant support and housing management for 100 properties we manage across Bristol and the surrounding areas. On a daily basis you will offer advice and guidance to the team on tenancy matters, and you will ensure high quality advice and support for tenants to fulfil our social impact objectives.

We are looking for someone with some experience of working in a housing/lettings environment and/or working with vulnerable clients in a housing support environment. You should also possess exceptional excellent customer service skills and be able to manage complex & difficult situations in relation to people.

You will also need to possess a full UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle for this role (you will receive a mileage allowance for expenses incurred).
