Role Purpose:

To assist the Manager in the delivery of Investment Administration and Middle Office services to assigned clients, in particular Corporate Actions and Income, within agreed quality, timing and output targets.

Accountabilities:

To act as an interface between the Corporate Actions or Income Team and all clients, custodians and prime brokers. Raise and monitor service issues and challenge service provision where necessary.

Essential Experience:

• Corporate Actions experience required.
• Ability to work under accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines, planning and organising workload, taking into account the relative priorities
