Architectural Technologist
An award winning practice based in Newcastle are looking to grow their team with the addition of a suitably qualified Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician. You will join a highly successful and well respected team who are responsible for a design portfolio that includes many award winning multi-million pound projects spanning nationally and internationally.
The company are renown for complex building design and as such are keen to source a suitably skilled and design driven individual.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Degree or equivalent in a suitable subject
* Have experience of multi-million pound complex design projects
* Have ideally 4+ years UK design experience within a similar organisation
* Large venue/capacity project design experience
* Be within commuting distance of Newcastle Upon Tyne
* Can carry out measured building surveys
* Draw up existing and proposed plans, working drawings and constructional information
A competitive salary package is on offer, negotiable based on experience
