We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to work for a company based in Heathfield.
Job Summary
* Report to your manager on a day-to-day basis and liaise with other management and staff as required.
* Translate customer specifications into electrical designs.
* Produce designs ensuring the correct functionality and performance is met whilst bearing in mind costs.
* Manage own knowledge to ensure compliance with current electrical safety requirements.
* Must be a good communicator.
* Ensure good control of documentation in accordance with the company's quality requirements.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
The candidate will possess the following:
* Experience of using AutoCAD.
* Knowledge and experience of designing electrical systems.
* Computer literate, with Microsoft Office Suite familiarity.
* Good command of spoken and written English language.
* Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
