Staffordshire Victim Gateway Service Administrator

Staffordshire Victim Gateway is commissioned by Staffordshire’s Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner to support victims of crime, providing information, advice and/or practical and emotional support to victims of crime helping them cope and recover from their experience and exercise their rights under the Victims Code, even if they have not reported the crime to the police.

We are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join our busy team

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Staffordshire Victim Gateway Assessment and Support Teams. Applicants should possess a good telephone manner and have strong communication skills as well as being computer literate and used to working in a team.  Flexibility to work day evenings and weekends as well as Bank Holidays, on a rota basis is also required.

Hours:   Full time 37.5 hours (5 days out of 7) per week and part time hours available on a rota basis working from our Hanley office.

Starting salary:  £16,491 per annum
