Senior Project Manager - New Build
Salary: 60,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Term: Permanent Contract
Location: Barnet

We have big ambitions, do you?
In 2016 we completed our first three new build homes for affordable rent. Today we have a programme of over 1,000 new homes including two state-of-the-art extra care schemes. In 2017 we set up Opendoor Homes as a registered housing provider within The Barnet Group to develop even more high quality contemporary homes and have forged a strong reputation for delivering high quality homes on challenging sites across Barnet with our partners.
We are now expanding into mixed tenure schemes, developing exciting new partnerships and opportunities. To deliver this challenging work plan and to shape our future programmes we are looking for a pro-active and experienced senior project manager. You will bring enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude to developing the new homes that mean so much to our residents.
