Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced and suitable qualified Electrical Engineer, who enjoys the challenge of an all-encompassing role, to strengthen their operation. With over 30 years’ experience of industrial electrical engineering our client is one of the leading companies in the industrial automation arena. . As a systems integrator you will be the technical lead for the company and have outstanding people management skills.

Key Responsibilities – Systems Integration Engineer:

• Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively participate in continuous improvement, developing yourself and team members
• Application development (PLC’s, HMI’s, SCADA, Motion, Robot’s, Safety, Etc…)
• Design, manufacture, installation and validation of industrial automation systems
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Work with a wide variety of automation software, products and brands
• Undertake tasks and be hands on where necessary

Systems Integration Engineer – Personal Specification:

• Demonstrated experience within the industry

Qualifications:

• Formal Electrical Qualifications (preferably to a minimum of HNC (or equivalent) level)
• IEE 18^th Edition desirable
• TUV Functional Safety and / or CompEX qualifications advantageous
• Experience working with Mitsubishi & Siemens equipment would be desirable

You may currently be working as an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Designer, Design Engineer Electrical Supervisor, Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with electrical bias, System Integrator, Systems Engineer, Technical Control Engineer, Electrical Control Engineer, Control Panel Builder, Control Panel Engineer.

This role is commutable from Spalding, Boston, Sutton Bridge, Grantham, Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Sleaford, Downham Market, Wisbech and surrounding areas.
