We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join our busy Kitchen Team here at our 4* 2 Rosette hotel in Gloucestershire.
This busy 35 bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Courtyard, Brasserie & Restaurant is popular with the locals and visitors to Moreton-in-Marsh & the surround Cotswold area.
It is a fast paced environment which in addition to the Bar, Restaurant & Brasserie menus also caters for up to approximately 45 weddings a year plus other private events & conferences.
Our Pastry Chef de Partie needs to be someone with passion, flair and an eye for detail. Commitment to every plate going at the highest standard is paramount.
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills.
Other desirable attributes include:

- Good communication & organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- A desire to learn, progress and develop
Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen
