Part Time Inventory Clerk - 3 OR 4 DAYS PER WEEK
Upminster, Essex
GBP18,500 - GBP19,500 (Pro-rata) pa plus GBP1,500 pa car allowance and quarterly bonuses
Working for our client a highly established Estate Agency we are seeking a Part Time Inventory Clerk. Working primarily 3 or 4 full days per week. There may also be occasional Saturdays and flexibility required around these days, and where worked a day off in lieu will be taken during the week. Successful candidates should have previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories.
Day to day duties will include:
Preparing detailed Inventories (Condition Reports)
Conducting routine visits to rental properties and carry out 'check out' inspections upon expiry of a tenancy
Dealing with occasional disputes between landlords and tenants
Administering supplies and product requirements
The suitable candidate will:
Ideally possess previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories
Be a confident and professional individual who has worked face to face with customers and is capable of engaging with customers effectively
Possess accurate administrative skills
A strong attention to detail will also be essential
8.30am - 5.30 3 or 4 days per week
