Due to several successful years and continued growth with this highly regarded design agency in Essex, they are now looking to acquire a Senior Account Manager to come in and support the client services function.

Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:

• To act as the key interface of the agency to its most recognised and valuable account
• Operate within the wider client services function offering a consultative approach to the wider team, internal stakeholders as well as accounts.
• Develop and nurture key client relationships to ensure a premier experience is provided from conception of brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with creative team to present creative work

Experience of the Senior Account Manager:

• 4 years' experience within a client services environment.
• Experience within Print/Brochure/Direct Mail/Press preferable.
• Experience across any form of Marketing/Media channel essential.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on financial status of projects.
