About you
To be considered for the role you will an experienced and confident HR Advisor who has the ability to work in a standalone role. You must have strong ER experience as well as experience in delivering inductions & training.

??Solid HR experience as Advisor level.
??CIPD qualified.
??Strong commercial awareness.
??Excellent IT skills.
??Excellent communication skills.
??Strong presentations skills.

About the role
Reporting to the Director you will be confident in providing support and advice to the operations management teams.

This is a vital role where you will build great working relationships and coach and support management so that they can successfully manage their teams.

As HR Advisor you will:

*Coach and advise managers in relation to employee relations issues
*Act as company representative at management grievance appeal interviews.
*Represent the company at all employment tribunals.
*Provide strong one to one HR support.
*Liaise with management to identify vacancies and manage the screening requirements.
*Advise on any long terms and regular short term sickness absences
*Delivering training to line managers relating to people management and recruitment and selection.
*New starter, amendment and leaver management.
