M:Tech was formed 10 years ago to teach creative composition to children using music technology.

We now work in 75 prep and primary schools across London and the South East, inspiring over 2000 children each week to create their own music.

Our greatest strength is our fast growing teaching team and we need a dynamic personality to oversee it and take responsibility for ongoing performance.

You must have a strong musical background both instrumentally and with competence in music sequencing, as well as be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.

You will be located at our offices in Guildford and will join at an exciting time in our development and growth.

You must be comfortable in a fast paced office environment and working under pressure, particularly at certain times during the academic year.

Your responsibilities will include:

- identifying and connecting with potential candidates through a variety of channels;

- training new teachers, supporting their integration, ongoing performance monitoring;

- engage in regular communications with the teaching team to receive feedback;

- providing cyclical reports on individual school performance;

You will work closely with and report to the M:Tech Course Director and have significant involvement in discussions relating to future course development and direction.

You will be supported in all admin and contractual aspects of recruitment by the HR Lead.
