The Community Safety Advisor will provide administrative support to Linc’s Community Safety and Empowerment Team. You will provide advice and support and carry out risk assessments with victims of anti-social behaviour.

You will need to keep detailed records and assist the Housing team in managing their anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality at all times. You should be flexible, empathetic, highly organised and able to prioritise conflicting demands.

A team player, you must be able to interact with colleagues, tenants and external agencies. You will need to be IT literate using Microsoft Office packages with the ability to update databases and review surveillance equipment.
