Supporting the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with Financial Reporting, controlling and keeping accurate Financial Management information, support with Statutory Requirements, Management Information reporting, monitor Performance Risk and Compliance across the Group/all business streams and support with the Systems / Process Reviews.

To be successful you will be a part or qualified CCAB accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or actively working towards this qualification, with experience in a relevant role. Possessing good analytical and problem solving skills and being flexible to the needs and requirements of the business, you will be experienced in producing management accounts and Financial Reporting including consolidation.

It is essential to have good IT abilities, an excellent working knowledge of Excel and of Open Accounts financial system (or similar). It would be advantageous to have experience of using OpenHousing / Active H (or a similar housing management system) and have an understanding of social housing and construction sector.
