As the ideal Factory Operative, you will be a good team player who has their own safety, and that of your colleagues, always in mind in everything you do. You will have good communication skills; be passionate about reliability and committed to ensuring the site operates to optimum capacity. Importantly, you are someone who wants their business to grow and get better every day.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal but not essential as training will be provided - including training on operating mobile plant such as forklift trucks.

What will I be responsible for?

The successful Factory Operative will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment in your place of work; producing high quantity of high quality Durox product; completing effective plant changeovers and will be responsible for multi-skilling across the entire plant. You will also take responsibility for:

• Own and colleague's safety
• Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods
• Good housekeeping standards
