Role: PMO Analyst - Group Technology and Change. (12m FTC)
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP33,000

We have an exciting Fixed Term Contract (12 months) opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join the Group Technology and Change department in Edinburgh.
The main purpose of this role to provide governance, assurance and operational support which ensures the successful delivery of Change initiatives across GTC. Work with key stakeholders across RLG using specialist skills, focusing on adherence to RLG methodologies and processes by tracking, maintaining, reporting and escalating people, financial and change delivery information

Responsibilities:
- Support the PMO Managers, PMO Leads and wider PMO team
- Planning events for directors and board members
- Production of various packs, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
- Working with finance to undertake accurate time recording,
- Maintaining customer engagement and ensuring excellent stakeholder management across all areas of the business
- Ensure information is relayed to the necessary area of the business
- Take responsibility for the accurate administration of the programme team.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience providing administrative support
- Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of setting up events
- Excellent administration skills
- Confident self-starter with proven experience of communicating with key stakeholders
- Strong planning, co-ordination and organisation skills
- Track record of working to timescales using own initiative
- Confident in making decisions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
