About the role
CYPDT works with children and young people from 0-25. The team is comprised of social workers and occupational therapists, working closely with our special educational needs and disability (SEND) colleagues.
The service provides a unique opportunity to work with families, children and young people whether they are CIN LAC CP or assessed under the Care Act. The team provides a great opportunity to enhance your skill set.
In this important role, you will play a key part in the delivery of quality services to disabled children, young people and their families.
About you
You will be HCPC registered, have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance and experience in working with disabled children and/or vulnerable young adults.
A Social Work qualification is essential, ASYE Social workers can apply
