A leading international marketing agency is looking for an experienced analyst to join their expanding team as an Insight Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for analysis of customer trends and behaviours using SQL or SAS and Excel, and, in turn delivering data-driven insights to internal stakeholders. There is also the opportunity to use and develop your analytical skills using open source technologies such as R and Python.
Duties and Responsibilities - Insight Analyst
- Design, plan and execute the targeting of customers through the company's targeted marketing programme
- Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions
- Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours
- Forecast, monitor and review the performance of this targeted marketing programme - reporting to senior finance and commercial stakeholders.
- Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes.
Skills and Qualifications - Insight Analyst
- University degree in a numerate discipline - mathematics, statistics, engineering etc
- Experienced user of SQL or SAS or Excel
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
- Keen eye for detail on data related issues and take initiative for resolving them
- Ability to carry out a role within the team, as well as working independently to meet tight deadlines
