Property Manager - Chelmsford - GBP25-GBP28,000

About Them
The company you will be working for is one of the best independent commercial and residential property investment and management companies in the UK. They currently have a major foothold in Blackpool and are expanding into the South East.
The Fit
You will be an organised and punctual individual with at least 12 months experience in the a relevant role and a great deal of property knowledge. You will use a polite phone manner when answering and making calls to tenants and landlords. When it comes to filing, you will be able to complete it efficiently and maintain an organised CRM of all works completed and bookings. The ideal candidate will be able to answer the telephone and deal with emergencies on alternative weekends.
The role
One of your daily duties will be assisting the Managing Director with general office management responsibilities. Alongside this you will be completing regular database updates on bookings and availability, handling guest liaison on arrival/check in along with taking payments and ensuring the properties are maintained correctly . Also you will be preparing communication and advertising material along with other office tasks as and when needed, the company has a real family feel and requires all hands on deck at times.. On a monthly basis you will be assisting the management team with the preparation of monthly reviews.
