The role:

A luxury bespoke travel organisation based in Swindon is hiring! We are searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their eccentric design team. You will be the point of call using your creative flair to design exceptional print and digital artwork to meet the organisations promotional needs. You will really need to be an innovative soul putting a stamp on the brands awareness, being a big multitasker is also key as no two days will be the same, switching between print and digital projects you will need to be at rock star level in both. There is no "I" in "TEAM" so you will be collaborating with various internal areas of the business to support and manage the business expectations.

Essential:

• Proven design experience within a creative agency and in-house environment
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of web, rich media and interactive design and user-centred design
• A portfolio showcasing curiosity and proficiency across a range of design disciplines
• Demonstrable UI and UX design skills
• Must be able to produce outstanding design within set timeframes and mentor junior members of team
• Designing across both digital and print on a daily basis
• To be able to take full responsibility for the full project lifecycle
• To have understanding and experience of print processes
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Passionate, motivated and extremely creative
• High levels of attention to detail
• Must be resilient and flexible in approach to work
• Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
• Happy and open to receiving feedback
• Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management

Desirable:

• BA (Hons) in Digital design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or similar
• Familiar with CSS/HTML languages
