Location: County Hall, Norwich

Salary: GBP32,029 - GBP33,799 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Temporary contract until February 2021

We are at an exciting phase along our journey of change. We are recruiting additional workers into the team to support the modernisation of the way we deliver, in line with our vision of promoting independence.

You will have good listening skills, be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working and be committed to supporting people to maintain their independence.

You will need to be open to change, innovative and confident with a focus on strengthening social care within Learning Disabilities across Norfolk. You will build strong partnerships with service users and their families, be ambitious about what people can achieve and explore ideas for positive outcomes.
