The Role
As a Production Scientist, you will help to manufacture our client’s IVD (in vitro diagnostic) products.
Working in-line with ISO 13485 requirements, you will:
- Perform quality control tests
- Carry out process validation and product stability testing tasks
- Complete certificate of analysis documents
- Write clear and concise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies
- Maintain raw material stock levels
- Ensure that bulk products are available for kit production
About You
To be considered as a Production Scientist, you’ll need:
- Previous experience of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001
- Experience of working in a production team
- A BSc in a scientific field OR experience in a biotechnology business
- The ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team
