Partnership Integrations Manager

As the Partnership Integration Manager, you will oversee and facilitate the mobilisation and implementation of new services under our contract with HMP Chelmsford.

The role and responsibilities of the Partnership Integration Manager include:

• Facilitating the mobilisation and implementation of new services, protocols and /or systems in our partnership
• Delivering change programmers at HMP Chelmsford
• Communicating the status of implementations, providing critical and timely information to members of the Executive team and CEO
• Identifying any risks to the success of initiatives, offering contingencies that meet with requirements
• Identifying the key requirements critical to success or failure of implementations
• Feeding into and, when required, produce project updates to the Management Board

• Deputise for the partners at internal and external meetings
• Act as the primary point of contact for NHS(E), CCG, community services, suppliers and other external stakeholders
