Knitting Manager
We are looking for an experienced Knitting Manager to manage our Knitting production team who will be focused on continual improvement and on the efficiency and the effectiveness of our knitting manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing/production manager looking to make their mark in an exciting, complex and busy production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Management of the Fully Fashioned, P500 and Shima knitting teams (approximately 70 employees)
* Working closely with the Production and Planning management team
* Ensuring production targets are met and waste is reduced.
* Continuous improvement of the department
* Producing accurate data and reporting on KPIs for area of responsibility
* Performance management of the Knitting Department
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Proven managerial experience within a manufacturing/production environment
* Textile industry knowledge an advantage but not essential
* Excellent motivational skills
* Knowledge of continuous improvement and effective management of change
* Intermediate skill with Excel and other Microsoft related products
* Ability to write effective reports
* Excellent ability to communicate and present information to senior management.
* Solid analytical skills when processing varied data from different sources.
