Home Improvement Officer / Scheduler / Planner

Stoke on Trent

£26,500

Permanent, 35 hours per week

We’re currently seeking a motivated and methodical individual to join us as a Home Improvement Officer on a permanent basis.

You’ll lead on projects with a diverse range of clients who are having improvements and adaptations made to their homes. You will visit clients and schedule in work, arrange quotes and agree contracts to successfully complete requirements.

You’ll also work with our contractors and other organisations to prepare schedules of work specifications, monitor the building works and arrange final inspections. This will include making sure all aspects of the work fit in with the budget.

You must have experience of project managing home improvements or repairs as well as technical and maintenance knowledge and basic technical drawing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills are required. A technical qualification is not required.
