Head Gardener

Salary 24K-28k (depending on experience) plus pension contribution

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week), some evening and weekend
work will be required

Join us in transforming River Garden Auchincruive as our new
Head Gardener.

This is a unique opportunity and we are looking for a
talented Head Gardener with skills, passion and understanding to join
our team at this very exciting stage of the garden’s development.

You will lead ambitious development plans to sensitively restore River
Garden Auchincruive to its former glory.

You must have the motivation and ability to train residents with limited experience and knowledge in the skills and practices of horticulture.

This will be a challenging and exciting position, it is an amazing
opportunity to join us as we restore and develop the garden whilst
changing people’s lives.
