Roofer

Our client are a leading provider of facilities management, building and property services to a range of clients within the retail, corporate and public sector. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a number of Roofers to join their team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for carrying out various reactive maintenance tasks on a wide range of properties throughout South Wales and South West.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance services to building fabric and specific engineering services.

* General roofing repairs which will include repairs to tiles, guttering, fascias etc

* Working on your own initiative and also as part of a team carrying out routine planned and reactive maintenance. assigned ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded

* Attending Call outs/breakdowns and carry out repairs as required

* To provide an out of hours' emergency call-out in respect of all clients within the Facilities Management division in line with a rota basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ), relevant experience in the construction or building

* An appropriate qualification and or able to demonstrate an extensive track record in roofing.

* Full, clean driving licence.
