The Global HR Systems/Data Administrator supports the Group's global HR data strategies. The aim is to consolidate core HR employee data from across the globe and provide information to key business areas or external partners to enable the delivery of services and improve/maintain the data quality.
What you will be doing• Be a subject matter expert for the Core HR platforms/systems across the globe to support data solutions e.g. Intuition/Learning Management System/TUI People. This includes all monthly processes relating to the effective running of the system and managing the workflows with other systems/HR processes.• Manage admin access and system requirements to enable effective local use of Intuition/ HR Systems whilst ensuring suitable central security and controls are met. • Develop and maintain documentation relating to HR Systems and processes.• Collaborate with wider HR, Finance & IT teams to ensure that the MI reporting hierarchies accurately reflect the Business.• Establish and maintain relationships with key Group, Sector and Business contacts, ensuring that mutual support is obtained to meet the Global HR MI objectives.• Be the first point of contact for support queries relating to Intuition including providing specialist support to HR key users relating to Intuition/HR Systems. • Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency, accuracy & quality of data.• Act as a champion for the HR systems and processes.• Deliver HR Systems training where appropriate to the Group HR MI team and wider HR Community.• Play an active role in Global HR projects where appropriate e.g. Olympic.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a suite of HR MI reports to be distributed as required, evolving this to provide insightful information which is aligned to our HR strategies thus providing real value.
What we are looking for• Experience in a HR Systems/ Analyst role with proven experience of working with HR Systems (Knowledge of Lumesse and/or SAP products would be beneficial).• Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software. • Good attention to detail without becoming data blind. You must be able to see the bigger picture and the importance of delivery as agreed.• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work at different levels of the organisation.• Awareness of data security regulations and the need to use data in a sensitive manner• Advanced knowledge of using MS Excel, Word and Outlook.• Excellent problem solving skills and a lateral thinker.• High levels of determination and passion for results.
