We’re now looking for a Training / Health & Safety Administrator to support the development of our people, as well as our Health & Safety processes.

The Role  
   
As a Training / Health & Safety Administrator, you will perform a range of admin tasks to support our training and H&S activities.  
   
In this varied role, you will:  
   
- Work with managers to identify training needs within the business  
- Organise, promote and evaluate training  
- Respond to basic training and H&S queries  
- Record all H&S accidents, incidents and near misses  
- Maintain records and produce reports  
- Contribute to our continuous improvement activities  
   
About You  
   
To join us as a Training / Health & Safety Administrator, you’ll need:  
   
- Administration experience, gained in a busy office environment  
- Experience of providing high-quality customer service, including dealing with queries and providing advice  
- Excellent communication skills  
- A great eye for detail  
   
Experience of any of the following would be beneficial: training administration, H&S administration, HR administration, or of monitoring budgets.  
   
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve worked as an Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Office Co-ordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Support Administrator or Customer Service Advisor.
