Residential Sales Negotiator


£18k – 22k basic depending on experience

+ Commission + Career Prospects

Our client is a leading independent Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyors covering the counties of Lincolnshire, Rutland, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

They require a full time proactive residential sales negotiator with a minimum of 1 year residential sales experience, to continue and expand their ongoing success in the residential market.

Working alongside the Residential Partner, the role would suit a dynamic sales negotiator looking to take their career to the next level and become an integral part of a small and successful team.

The Role requires:

  • Generating, arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Maintain the mailing list and reviewing buyers’ requirements 
  • Inspecting properties and meeting vendors
  • Building a positive relationship with both vendors and buyers through effective communication
  • Generating valuations and opportunities from client base, general enquiries and from marketing activities
  • Ability to negotiate offers and progress sales to completion

Skills required:

  • 1 year+ sales experience within an Estate Agency
  • Experience using property software
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record
  • Professional and organised
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative and also within a small team
  • Strong local knowledge of local property market
  • Ability to understand clients’ requirements and overcome objections
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Experience and knowledge of selling New Homes

The successful applicant will need to have a full driving licence.

This is a full-time position. 5 days per week (including Saturday) with a day off in the week.
