Job Title: Moulding Shop Production Operative

Pay Rate: GBP8.00 to GBP10.64 p/h

Shift patterns available:

Day & Night rotation (Alternates per week, one week of day shift followed on by one week of Night shift);

Day Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday (GBP8.00p/h)

Night Shift: 22:30pm-7:00am Monday to Friday. (GBP10.64p/h)

Gem Premium People working in partnership with Husqvarna Group, the world leading producers in outdoor power products, including chainsaws, trimmers, garden tractors and home to the innovative market leading Robotic Lawn Mower. Together we are seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic onsite team.

Reporting directly to your Coordinator, as a Production Operative working in a Moulding Shop you will be a vital member of the production team, based on site at Husqvarna's state of the art manufacturing facility in Newton Aycliffe.

Our team will be required to;

• Perform a wide range tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

• Follow standard operation procedures to ensure a consistent level of product.

• Work within a fast paced, demanding, team orientated environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.

• Flexible, positive attitude and be able to quickly adapt to change

Previous experience within a similar environment is preferable, but not essential.
