Watkin Property Ventures a significant and growing property business, is looking for:
Development Director
(Salary up to £70k p.a. plus benefits subject to experience)
A new position reporting directly to the CEO. An enthusiastic individual able to demonstrate a substantial background in development and construction processes.
The position involves the management of development opportunities through the planning and procurement processes, developing specifications, appointing consultants and main contractors through negotiation and tender processes and the entering into formal agreements via JCT Design & Build Contracts.
Excellent technical knowledge is required as well as the ability to demonstrate experience in delivering schemes through main contractor management including programming and cost management.
This post is for a position based in our offices in Parc Menai, Bangor or St Asaph Business Park to suit the individuals and offer good progression prospects.
