Circa £28,000 per annum

Reporting to the Housing Manager, you will be responsible for:
-Lettings- ensuring that properties are let promptly and efficiently, undertaking ‘health and wellbeing’ assessments and undertaking visits to potential customers. Working closely with the Rents Team, you will also ensure that customers understand their responsibility to pay their rent.
-Anti – Social Behaviour – responding to reports of anti – social behaviour, supporting the ASB Manager and participating in external meetings.
-Estate Management - ensuring that estates are well maintained and looked after, undertaking routine estate inspections and recording the results.
-Customer Enquiries – responding to customer enquiries, investigating and resolving any breach of tenancy and identifying any support requirements.
You’ll have:
-Previous experience in a customer advice or administration role
-Excellent communication skills and will work efficiently to meet targets.
-A level standard education or equivalent
-The ability to use Microsoft Office as well as a computerised housing management, repair and property database.
-An understanding of current issues affecting Housing
-A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
