LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers.

Office Manager/PA

Salary £20,963 to £23,138 per annum

(depending on experience)

37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the Facilities & Operations Manager and provide leadership and direction to the departmental administration team.   This will include ensuring an efficient and effective service which underpins all of the facilities & operations provision, for example telephony, postal services, procurement, buildings maintenance, security systems including keys management, co-ordinating staff and office moves, business continuity, and staff completion of mandatory training. 

In addition, you will provide comprehensive PA support to the Health, Safety and Environmental Officer, Catering & Hospitality Services Manager; and ad hoc support for the IT Manager.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of advanced administration skills, have strong organisational and communication skills, be IT proficient and have the ability to lead and motivate a small team.  You should also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
