StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for Temp to Perm IPC Assembly Operatives for one of our established Clients based in Andover.
We are looking for highly motivated, flexible candidates who are able to take on the company's ethos and assist us in the support of our client's busy operation.
The Job:
Build of PCB assemblies to IPC 610 class 3 standards. Hand soldering of thru-hole components, component fit and crop prior to wave solder, selective solder and PCB cleaning processes.
What we offer:
- Hourly Rate day GBP9.70ph
-Temp to Perm
- Mon to Fri
- Ongoing training and support
What we are looking for:
- Problem solving skills.
- At least 3 years' experience in PCB Production
- Educated to GCSE standard
- Hand soldering IPC 610 trained
- Use of fine hand tools and microscopes
- Computer literate
- Excellent level of English.
- Good Timekeeping
- Pro-active and good time management skills
