Resourcer- April to October-Fixed Term

We are seeking an ambitious and hard working resourcer to join our team here based in St Austell.    The role is a fixed term role from April 2019 until the end of October 2019 with the potential of it being extended. The hours will be 9am-5pm, working Monday, Wednesday and Fridays each week, again there will be some weeks where we may need you to work additional days per week dependant on business, so flexibility and versatility will be key.   Established since February 2005, we specialise in the recruitment of temporary and permanant candidates within the very busy sectors of Hospitality/Catering, Care, Commercial and Industrial throughout Cornwall and The South West.   You will have excellent communication and IT skills, be super organised, have and possess an excellent work and team ethic and have worked within a sales/customer service/hospitality background previously and be able to work in a high pressure environment and within a fast paced team.   The day will always be varied and extremely busy, recruiting staff for high profile weddings and events and for all aspects of hospitality and chefs, attending job fairs and job centres, sourcing cvs and booking staff and finding out their availability will be just some of the duties and being able to effectively work with a fantastic team of consultants and helping them achieve their targets, will too be a big part of your role on a day to day basis.
  There is plenty of scope and long term opportunity within this position as when the fixed term ends, there could be a possibility of the role being extended into early 2020.
