About the role
You will support the young people with complex needs, which may include sensory impairments, additional learning or physical disabilities to take part in activities, promote independence and access the local community. This may be arts and crafts, playing games or having fun in the park.
About you
Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
You will be required to assist with personal care as part of the role.
