Residential Conveyancer.
This is a role within a high profile conveyancing team in Derby city centre.
Working alongside a team of experienced Conveyancers, you will be able to handle your own caseload of sales and purchase files, together with the transfer of equity and re-mortgage enquiries.
You should be technically capable and have completed your LPC. You could be qualified, part qualified or not qualified at all however it is envisaged that you will have upwards of 12 months in case handling experience.
Previous experience of managing a caseload of conveyancing files is essential and the role provides an ideal opportunity for continued career development.
You will have experience of handling case management system and be proficient with Microsoft applications.
With a flexible approach and a positive attitude, you will be committed to offering high-quality service.
IT proficiency is essential along with reliability, excellent organisation, time management, and administration skills. You will be capable of working under pressure and on your own initiative whilst embracing the culture of working in an open team environment.
