Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ICT team based in our Boston office.
This busy and challenging role requires a motivated individual with a high level of technical skill and logical problem solving skills to maintain and develop the Group’s ICT Infrastructure.
Working within the Infrastructure Team the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player and dedicated to maintaining and developing the Group’s ICT systems for maximum business benefit and value for money. Able to work under pressure and effectively as part of a team the role will allow the individual to develop skills in emerging technologies and assist in the implementation of the Group’s ICT strategy.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated relevant experience and obtained certification in a range of Microsoft technologies including MS Lync, MS Exchange and the MS System Centre Suite, experience of Citrix and Cisco routers, switches and IP telephony would also be advantageous.
The role will involve liaising with the ICT Service Desk to resolve complex issues and also working on ICT projects to enhance and develop the Group’s ICT infrastructure at sites across the Midlands. A driving licence is essential, as is the ability to work outside normal business hours as required to minimise disruption to services.
