**Based in Lincolnshire**
**Automotive Manufacturing Organisation**
**HND/Degree Required**
**Ideally 1 - 2 years' experience at least**

Graduate Product Development Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and assist in field trials and the development of products to the company standards
* Develop new products within the organisation
* Ensure all customer specifications are met
* Keep the Development Manager updated with any issues with products
* Co-ordinate project meetings and maintain accurate documentation on the system
* Compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Standards
Graduate Product Development Engineer - Person Specifications / Experience:
* HND/Degree Qualification in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
* Experience of working in cross-functional teams
* Good communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers
* Keen to hit deadlines and overcome barriers
