A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Customer Services and Operations Manager to join my client, based in the North Kent area.

This is a fantastic role with development and progression available to the right candidate. This role would suit someone with some exposure to working within Manufacturing and Distribution seeking a career opportunity.

Duties include:

• Responsible for promoting and delivering excellence in customer service.
• Champion, manage and implement good practice and improvements.
• Work with customers to problem solve and develop value added solutions.
• Distributing information and strategies to relevant departments.
• Creation and analysis of data on key areas of business.
• Improving efficiency for the business.

The right candidate will have/ be:

• Extensive customer care/customer service background
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong level of IT skills
• Excellent numeric analytical skills
• Experience of presenting internally and externally
• Great relationship building skills
