In this role you will provide operational Human Resources support to a variety of clinical areas; this will include complex employee relations case work, organisational change/Consultation, TUPE and policy/contractual advice.
And what about OD?
Organisational Development isn’t just included in our job titles to make them look fancy! With the help of the Workforce and OD Manager you will get the opportunity to design, deliver and evaluate OD interventions. We pride ourselves on the proactive work that we do with teams and individuals; if you do too we can help you to continue to do this or develop in this area.
This role is for a period of 12 months initially to cover an internal move; we would also be more than happy to support secondments from other organisations.
