Workforce Development Administrator
HOURS: 37.5 hours
BASE: Agile Worker
SALARY: £16,326 - £18,313
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our small but busy Workforce Development Team.
To be successful in this post, you will need basic computer skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and carry out tasks following instructions.
You will provide an efficient and effective administrative support to the Workforce Development Team to ensure that training and development programmes are run efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has a Business & Administration Level 2 qualification, however, if you haven’t got this, we will place you on our apprenticeship scheme to undertake this qualification. If you already have a qualification at this level, we would require you to continue on in your development and would support you to undertake the Business & Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be personalised to you and if you are driven to succeed this will be easily achieved within the required timescale. The ideal person will be eager to progress and develop their career and in return we can offer you a real insight into the running of a busy team within a dynamic and friendly Social Enterprise.
