37 hours per week £24,729.78 per annum

Work.Live.Leicestershire (WiLL) is a £2.4m programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund working with people who are economically inactive and unemployed living in rural Leicestershire.

WiLL helps people to improve their health and wellbeing, gain skills and work experience, and have improved confidence, motivation and social engagement, that enables them to move into job search, training, or employment.

The programme is a partnership of 8 organisations from Leicester with Vista leading the programme. The programme runs from January 2019 - June 2020.

Vista is seeking a full time Partnerships Officer to build, maintain and manage partnerships within and outside the Work.Live.Leicestershire programme to develop links for participants and organisations to engage in order for the programme to achieve its objectives.

Essential skills:

• Working as part of a project team and proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships
• Building strong relationships with supporters or customers (partners)
• Acquiring and developing new supporters/customers (partners)
• IT experience, including MS Office applications, and email/internet

This is a fixed term post until June 2020, we would ideally like the successful candidate to join as soon as possible.

Flexible working arrangements would be considered for the right candidate.
