MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
3 shift pattern (mornings/afternoons/nights)
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a globally recognised manufacturer of metallic products. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. This is a heavy industry environment.
Role Description
*Reporting Directly to the Engineering Manager
*Identifying and Fault Finding both Electrically & Mechanically Faults
*Planned Preventative Maintenance Activities
*Strong Mechanical skills
*Proving Reactive Maintenance Expertise
*PLC Fault Finding
*Adhering to all Health & Safety Parameters within the Manufacturing Unit
Skills and Qualifications
*Experience within a manufacturing environment
*Read electrical drawings
*Extensive Mechanical Engineering experience
*Some electrical knowledge
*Ability to Work well within a Team Environment
*Willingness to Learn New Skills
