This popular property management company are looking for a candidate with the following: between 6 months - 2 years' experience with managing residential blocks, experience of using Qube and a positive and outgoing personality??? and if you enjoy playing table tennis or other team games, so much the better!! Working closely with a senior property manager, as the assistant property manager you will be familiar dealing with client enquiries, contractor management, finance administration and management of a database. You should be customer serviced focused and enjoy dealing with clients both by telephone and in person. This is working in a really busy and upbeat office where you'll be working as part of a close-knit team. We are looking for a well-organised, polished, hard-working person with good time management skills, a good attitude and a naturally friendly personality who is seeking a career opportunity.
A typical day could include:
* Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with calls and queries from property owners, contractors and others
* Dealing with maintenance related enquires, liaising with contractors, understanding costs, placing works orders and arranging repairs
* Logging details of insurance claims and liaising with insurers
* Organising and managing keys
* Using Qube property management software as a source of information and keeping this up to date
