Family Solicitor (5-7 years PQE)

A Family Solicitor/Legal Executive (5-7 years PQE) is required to join a well respected and established law firm in Mid-Kent. The successful Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will join a friendly and professional environment, with excellent Secretarial and Paralegal support staff.

The successful Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will be responsible for a high quality case load (all privately funded), predominantly focussed on children law. The role will include:

* Divorce

* Finance

* Private children law

* Nuptial

The successful Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will offer the following skill set/background:

* Ideally be qualified (either Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEx/Legal Executive) with at least 5 years PQE

* Strong technical knowledge of Private Children Law

* The ability to manage your own case load (without supervision)

* A genuine interest to develop your career

* Strong client care skills

* Experience of working on a CMS

* Be a keen team player

* Networking/business development experience, or willingness to be involved in such marketing activities
