Team Lead

Carlisle Healthcare are currently looking for a Team Lead for their Front of House Team, to be based in Carlisle. The role is responsible for looking after a large group of staff covering their 5 sites.

The successful Team Lead will have the following skills & experience:

• The main responsibilities of the role are the effective running and maintenance of the team, rota’s, absence management, training, appraisals and adherence to practice protocols and policies.
• They will ideally be an experienced office manager or team lead already working in Primary Care or in the Health Service.

Brunswick House Medical Group, St Paul’s Medical Centre and North Carlisle Medical Practice – all with a long history of providing traditional general practice in the city – have come together as a single organisation providing modern general practice services from their existing five premises across the city which consists of two premises in the centre of the city, St Pauls Medical Centre and Brunswick House; we have a new purpose built surgery in the north of the city, North Carlisle Medical Centre and two branch sites to the south of the city, Arnside House and Eastern Way.

This is a full-time position, with a remuneration package of £25,419 per year
