Financial Divisions are delighted to be supporting a very well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for a Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release administrator.

The firm are in Walton on Thames and provide advise to a broad range of private individuals, trusts and small businesses, both in the UK and Internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status and pro-actively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion.
• Answering, dealing with client queries and booking client appointments
• Sending out Advisory (Suitability) letters and enclosures
• Diary entries to be updated with clear and concise notes throughout any activity time-line

You will possess:

• Ideally have experience working as an IFA Administrator or within Mortgage administration.
• A strong knowledge of financial products, particularly Mortgages and Investments
• Previous experience within financial services in an administrative capacity
• A professional communication manner, both written and verbally
• Some regulated qualifications, although not essential
• The ability to work independently as well as within a small team
